You must be at least 18 years old to use LetsMeet-Here. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. Each person may only maintain one account. You must use a valid email address from one of our 50 approved email providers.
LetsMeet-Here uses magic link email authentication. No passwords are stored. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these terms.
You agree not to: harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users; create fake profiles or impersonate others; use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam; engage in any fraudulent activity; manipulate the rating system. Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension (7 or 30 days), or permanent ban.
LetsMeet-Here facilitates real-world meetups between users. All meetups occur at the users' own risk. LetsMeet-Here is a connection tool — we are not a party to any meetup and are not liable for any real-world interactions, injuries, losses, or damages arising from meetups.
Ratings are subjective and reflect individual user experiences. Both hosts and attendees rate each other after meetups. Attempting to manipulate ratings (fake accounts, coordinated rating, trading ratings) will result in permanent ban.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions (Gold/Diamond at €4.99/month) auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the current billing period ends. One-time purchases (Silver top-ups, profile flair) are non-refundable.
Store credits earned through meetup activity are non-transferable, non-cashable, and expire 90 days after earning. Credits can only be redeemed as partial discounts (10-25% off, minimum €20 cart) at SecuresVault. Monthly redemption cap is €10. We reserve the right to modify the credits program at any time with notice.
By using LetsMeet-Here, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your first name, profile photo, and public profile information within the app. We may remove any content that violates these terms or community guidelines.
We collect and process: your name, email address, approximate location during active use, ratings, and meetup history. Data is stored on MongoDB Atlas (EU region). You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data at any time through your profile settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
LetsMeet-Here is provided "as is." We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in meetups. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by French law. EU consumer protection regulations apply. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of France.
We may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified via email of material changes. Continued use of LetsMeet-Here after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
